Exploring Louisburg NC
This week-end CountySpot spent some time in and around the Louisburg North Carolina area as we worked to gather historical and town photos and information for our Franklin.NC.CountySpot site. We visited some interesting places on this quick tour as we filled photo needs for upcoming articles for that site.
One of the coolest places was the historic Laurel Mill, a mid-1800s, privately-owned water mill which is visible from the bridge over Sandy Creek in northeastern Franklin County, North Carolina. We also visited the oldest house in Franklin County, The Person Home, along main street in Louisburg. Visit the Franklin County NC Spot to check out the photos, or learn more about Franklin County North Carolina.

From county fairs to county business directories we are building a complete directory resource that is so much more than just a directory! CountySpot was created from a simple idea to provide great information about as many counties as we could. This idea has expanded into the CountySpot Directory. Here you can find events, pictures, coupons, business lists, informational articles, classified ads, historical facts and more. Browse CountySpot.com by state, or try our search feature and use keywords to find what you are seeking. All of our content is tied together for search purposes, but nicely seperated in useful county by county directories for your browsing pleasure.
